How do we quote and work?
We quote in writing before work starts. The quote names the surfaces, the method and what is included, so you can compare it with anything else you receive. We do not promise one result for every surface. If a stain may only fade, or a surface looks too fragile to wash, we tell you before the job.
On the day, we protect plants, check windows and outlets, and match the pressure to the surface. Siding and roofs get a soft wash. When we finish, we look the job over with you.
